washroom and kitchenette, there is an additional single bed if
required.

There is a garden patio area which is for the sole use of the flat
complete with patio furniture and a gas barbecue.

The flat is fully equipped for the use of 2/3 people and was updated last year.

There is off road parking for one car plus small boat trailer with turning area.

The flat is ideally located approximately 4 miles from Poole Town
Centre, the harbour and ferry terminal which is approximately 10 mins
drive,.

The Purbecks, New Forest, Weymouth and Dorchester are also all within
half an hours driving.

There are very some good country pubs and restaurants close by to suit
all tastes and budgets.

Bookings are from 2.30 pm on day of arrival to 10.00 am on day of departure.
